Aakriti’s Google Searches Shock Everyone

28-year-old Aakriti Sutar died after falling from a building in Lodhi Colony on July 4, just two-and-a-half months after her marriage. Her family has alleged domestic violence and mental harassment by her husband and in-laws, claiming she was pressured to quit her job.

However, police investigation has revealed shocking Google searches made by Aakriti. On the day of the incident, she searched whether falling from the second floor could cause death. Earlier in May, she had also searched phrases like ‘how to die easily’.

CCTV footage shows Aakriti entering the society alone. Police are now examining both the domestic abuse allegations and the digital evidence to determine whether it was suicide or murder. The case has sparked a debate on mental health and domestic issues in newly married couples.
