'I Believe in Forgiving'

Mouni Roy, who has seen many ups and downs in her personal life, says she does not hold grudges against anyone. In an interview with Press Free Journal, the actress revealed that she believes in forgiving people and moving on.

Mouni said, “I used to forgive easily since childhood and still do. But earlier I couldn’t forget things. After my personal and spiritual journey, I feel that just forgiving is enough. God takes care of the rest.”

She added that holding on to pain only hurts oneself more. The actress also credited meditation, chanting, and spiritual practices for helping her.

Mouni Roy was married to Suraj Nambiar in 2022. The couple separated after four years and got divorced in 2026. Both are now moving on in their respective lives.
