During a recent podcast on 'Change and Beyond,' actor Dayanand Shetty opened up about the potential for a third season and his personal responsibility towards his audience.

### Return of CID?
Addressing fan questions regarding a possible third season on platforms like Netflix or Sony, Shetty expressed disappointment, noting that the channel currently appears uninterested despite the massive success of the second season. However, he emphasized that the bond with the audience remains strong. "Wherever we go, the first question fans ask is when CID is returning," he shared.

He revealed that the team is now considering an independent project. "We are planning something on a personal level. It won't be for Sony, but we are trying to do something within the next one or two months," he hinted, showing their commitment to the fans who have supported them for decades.

### Ethics and Responsibility
Beyond the show, Shetty discussed his ethical approach to advertising. Known for his principled stance, he explicitly refuses to endorse products that could negatively impact his viewers, such as tobacco, alcohol, and certain soft drinks. Even with health supplements or Ayurvedic products, he demands strict guarantees before agreeing to promote them. "I ask them, 'Will you give me a guarantee that this won't cause issues?' When they say no, I decline the advertisement," he explained, stressing that he values his fans' trust over monetary gain.
